No InHeart Creation APPOINTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings- We strongly advise to book your appointment well in advance. This is to ensure your desired time is available. Please note a deposit of 25% is required for some appointments. You will be advised of this shortly after making the booking. Remote or Absent healing/balances are payable in full prior to the booking date via PayPal, Bank transfer or Credit Card. All payments are Invoiced and Receipted via email.
Cancellations-InHeart Creation is dedicated to giving the most comprehensive and reliable well being service possible. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to benefit & to schedule an appointment for that time. Upon cancellation of appointments within the 24hr period, price of session is payable in full. This is also applicable for ''no show'' of an appointment. No refunds are offered for cancellation of attendance to group sessions, although record of payment can be transferred to a future time or friend/family member with 24hr notice.
Arrivals- Upon your first visit to InHeart Creation, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This is to register your arrival, and to ensure we have the maximum time required to discuss all of your needs and session plan.
